returns/ refund policy

color resource center does not accept any returns.

Partial refunds will ONLY be issued in the case of blank rolls.

Customer will receive a refund of any extra services requested such as cut & sleeve, prints, scans and return shipping costs. Blank roll(s) will be disposed of in 5 business days from initial refund if customer fails to respond to email concerning the blank roll(s).

Refunds will not be issued on processing and pushing/pulling fees. 

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order any time before the order is processed.

Customer will receive a full refund if order is cancelled prior to being processed.

Order cannot be cancelled or modified after it has been processed.

If our prints or scans were not to your expectations, CRC will gladly rescan or reprint your work.

A claim must be made 5 business days from date received/picked up through customer service.
